Refund Policy

At Tridindia, we are committed to ensuring a transparent and fair experience for all our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

Eligibility for Refund

✷ Refunds will only be issued in cases where services were not delivered as per the agreed scope.

✷ Requests for refunds must be made within 7-10 business days from the date of payment.

✷ Any request made after the specified period will not be entertained.

Transaction Charges

✷ Please note that all refunds will be processed after deducting transaction fees charged by the payment gateway or financial institution.

✷ We will refund only the net amount received by us after the deduction of transaction fees.

For example: If you paid $100 and the transaction fee was $5, we received $95. In the event of a refund, $95 will be the amount processed back to you.

Refund Timeline

✷ Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
✷ The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

✷ If the service has already been delivered (fully or partially).

✷ If the delay or issue was caused due to incomplete information or lack of cooperation from the client.

✷ If the refund request falls outside the eligibility window.
